Ridge House is a wonderful detached property in the beautiful surroundings of the lizard peninsular.

This beautifully furnished house includes a well fitted, well equipped kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Also downstairs there is a breakfast room, dining room, living room with TV, Freeview and DVD player, and downstairs toilet.

The sleeping accommodation at Ridge House consists of three double bedrooms (1 with a double bed and spacious en-suite, the others have twin beds) and a downstairs single bedroom, sleeping a total of 7 people. A cot is also provided. Also upstairs is a good sized bathroom with whirlpool bath. There are beautiful views from two of the bedrooms over the village and the sea can be seen on clear days.

There is a large basement (although with steep access and low ceiling height) where you will find a settee and a washing machine, tumble drier and drying line.

Outside is a quiet and secluded garden, laid to lawn with mature shrubs. There is a patio area with table, chairs and a barbecue.

This property is non-smoking and we are unable to accommodate pets.
